On a rare trip in this area Edgar B Speer from the Great Lakes Fleet heads dounbound at Sarnia in lower Lake Huron entering the St. Clair river. The Speer is on it's way to unload at Conneaut, OH one of only two ports that can accept her unique unloading boom the other being Gary, IN. Her main run seems to be between Two Harbors, MN and Garry, IN carrying taconite pellets with the side trips to Conneaut, OH being sparse at best.
